Pick Of The Week
By: Chris

Tuesday, May 29--"The Library"

The library asks Jerry about a book he checked out in 1971 and never returned, so Jerry looks up an old girlfriend for his defense against a library cop. George thinks the homeless man he'd seen outside the library is a former gym high school gym teacher that he got fired. Kramer has his eye on a librarian. Elaine worries about her career when her boss hates the recommendations she made.

Remember the Time When...
By: Ivy

"Susie" was missing at the meeting?

ELAINE - Mr. Peterman, Peggy, I.. guess we, should just get this over with.
PETERMAN - Just Hold On a minute. Still One Short.
ELAINE - Oh. No, we're not--
PEGGY - Susie has been very rude to me.
PETERMAN - Well, Elaine, has nothing but Good things to say about Susie.
ELAINE - Look. We don't have to name names, or, point fingers, or.. name names!
[indicating empty chair] Me and her, have had our problems. She and I have had our problems! You and I, and she and you--
PETERMAN - Don't you drag me into this! This is between you and her, and her. [indicating empty chair]
ELAINE - Yes! And I am convinced that if she were here with us today, she would agree with me, too.
PETERMAN - Who.
ELAINE - Her?
PETERMAN - Where is she?!
ELAINE - Ah--this is part of the problem!
PEGGY - I thought I was, part of this problem.
ELAINE - You're a, huuge part of the problem. But, I think that at it's core, this is a Susie-and-Elaine problem that requires, a Susie-and-Elaine solution! And, who better to do that than.. Elaine and Susie! Susie and Elaine!
PETERMAN - Well, now that we have that cleared up.. why don't the three of us have lunch.
ELAINE - What?! Oh! Oh, I'm, coming! I--I gotta go.

Reader's Poll
By: Andy

Last Week's Question:
Is Newman just devilishly clever or is he an evil mastermind at work every time those beaty little eyes cross with Jerry's?

NEWMAN IS JUST DEVILISHLY PLAYFUL. WE ALL KNOW PEOPLE WHO DELIGHT THEMSELVES IN PUSHING OTHER PEOPLE'S BUTTONS. NEWMAN'S GREATEST DISSATISFACTION WITH LIFE IS THAT HE LIVES DOWN THE HALL FROM THE WORLD'S FUNNIEST COMEDIAN AND HE CAN'T REALLY PUSH HIS BUTTONS TO HIS SATISFACTION. HE'S IN A LOSING GAME AND HE KNOWS IT. HENCE, THE ANIMOSITY HE PROJECTS TOWARD JERRY.
BCALLALILLY|at|aol.com

I think newman is just devielishly clever.Jerry doesn't trust him when he sees him cause i think Jerry knows hes up to something.

Stand Up
By: Chris
TOP

Why is commitment such a big problem for a man? I think that for some reason when a man is driving down that freeway of love, the woman he's with is like an exit, but he doesn't want to get off there. He wants to keep driving. And the woman is like, "Look, gas, food, lodging, that's our exit, that's everything we need to be happy...Get off here, now!" But the man is focusing on sign underneath that says, "Next exit 27 miles," and he thinks, "I can make it." Sometimes he can, sometimes he can't. Sometimes, the car ends up on the side of the road, hood up and smoke pouring out of the engine. He's sitting on the curb all alone, "I guess I didn't realize how many miles I was racking up."
