Pick Of The Week
By: Chris

Wednesday, May 16 -- "The Chinese Restaurant"

Jerry, Elaine and George stop for a quick Chinese dinner before a showing of "Plan 9 From Outer Space"on the big screen. However, while waiting a really long time to get a table, Jerry sees a woman whose name he can't recall; George needs to use a phone he can't have and Elaine needs food, more than those seated ahead of them.

6) Snapple - Snapple?
5) Kung Pao - George likes his chicken spicy.

2) Black and White Cookie - If people would just look to the cookie, all our problems will be solved....look to the cookie!
1) Junior Mint - Who's going to turn down a junior mint? It's chocolate, it's pepermint, it's delicious. It's very refreshing.

This week's Bio is a rather obscure and never seen character. He is the physician for Jackie Chils and all his patients. Jackie has his secretary get Kramer an appointment many times. Once for the burn from the coffee, and for when smoking turned him into a goblin. So if you can name this little known doctor, you are a Seinfeld Master!

The Lucky Person is...
RazaL527 got interviewed this week!
By: Allie
TOP

Allie52927: Hey Razal!  Thanks for doing this interview!
RazaL527: My pleasure! Anything for Seinfeld!
Allie52927: How long have you been watching Seinfeld for?
RazaL527:Ever since it started.  I always loved Jerry Seinfeld's standup act.
RazaL527: I love his kind of humor
Allie52927: Me too, he is by far one of the best comedians!
RazaL527: I agree.
RazaL527: Everyone can relate to his humor because it is about everyday things
Allie52927: That's why I love him!
RazaL527:Yeah, I have encountered many incidents in my own life which parallel the show!
Allie52927: Me too!  I think that's a main reason why he is so popular!
RazaL527: I agree.
Allie52927: Soo, do you have a favorite episode?
RazaL527:  I really enjoy all of them, it's so hard to pick one favorite one.
Allie52927: That's how i feel too.
RazaL527: I definetly like the 3rd season.
RazaL527:  I like the earlier ones much better than the last season.
Allie52927:  Season 3 was very good, personally i like The Subway, The Alternate Side, The Limo, and who could forget the Pez Dispenser!
RazaL527: Yeah, those are great episodes.  I like the ones when both Larry David and Jerry wrote for the show.
Allie52927: Me too, they are a great combination.
Allie52927: Do you have a favorite character?
RazaL527: All of them are so funny, but if i have to choose one it would be Kramer.  I can start hysterically laughing just when Michael Richards walks in a room.  His body language says it all!
Allie52927: What did you think of The Michael Richards Show? Did you watch it?
RazaL527:I must say I was very disapointed.  It had poor supporting actors and writers.  I think it would have been an excellent show if it was a spinoff on Seinfeld, calling it "Kramer," having writers from Seinfeld.
Allie52927: Yeah, kind of like Frasier with Cheers.  I think that would have been a good idea too.  It could help keep Seinfeld alive! :)
RazaL527:Yeah, that would have been awesome if Kramer had his own show!
Allie52927: Yes, that would be great! Well, it's getting late, and time for me to go to bed.  Thanks so much for doing this last minute.
RazaL527: My pleasure, we should do it again sometimes! I am flattered to be your first interviewer, you did a wonderful job!
Allie52927: Haha, yeaa right! But thanks for the encouragement.
Allie52927: Any last words you want to leave the fellow Seinfeld fans??
RazaL527: Yes, keep watching Seinfeld and keeping it alive!! They are thinking about taking off reruns, but if people still watch then they won't!! LATTERR! thanks allie!!!
Allie52927: Goodnight Razal...thank you! IM OUT

Remember the Time When...
By: Ivy

The gang found the cabin burning?

Susan: Do you smell something?
Elaine: Yeah.
Jerry: Smoke.
George: Yeah, definite smoke.
Elaine: Oh my God, it's a fire!
Jerry: Holy cow! Look at that!
Susan: It's my father's cabin!
Elaine: The cabin is on fire!
George: (to Susan) I just remembered, you never gave me the change from the tolls.
Elaine: How could this have happened?
Kramer: (singing) He's a big, wild, funky mountain man!
Naomi: Oh my God, the cabin!
Jerry: What are you two doing here!?
Naomi: Wow, look at that!
Jerry: (to Kramer) You didn't uh... (gestures smoking)
Kramer: (snaps his fingers) My cubans! (runs to the cabin)

Reader's Poll
By: Andy

Last Week's Question:
Continuing with the Survivor theme, since TINA (GO GIRL) won the Million Dollars this past Thursday on Survivor.  Pretend Jerry, George, Elaine, and Kramer are the last four left on the island or wherever they are stranded.  Based on what you know about them from their TV persona, tell me who's gonna be the Ultimate Survivor, walk away with $1 million, and the title of "SURVIVOR: SEINFELD!"

Not Jerry, because he always comes out even. Not George because he is the loser of the bunch (unless maybe he does things opposite), not Kramer because his ideas always backfire on him, but Elaine always seems to get what she wants.
KelSpirit12|at|aol.com

Elaine would definitely win... As we saw in The Contest Kramer would get knocked out first. George would cheat and thus be voted off by Jerry and Elaine. Then Elaine would yell "Get OUT!" and just shove Jerry off the island!
BklynRat|at|aol.com

It would be Kramer, because he always has money by doing weird things

Stephie0385|at|aol.com

jerry will win because they all think of him as their best friends

Zup999|at|aol.com

Hmm... George wouldn't last more than 30 minutes.  He needs lots of food.  Jerry wouldn't last because it would be too messy and he wouldn't be able to eat cereal.  Elaine wouldn't last because she never would be able to survive under the extreme conditions.  I suppose Kramer would be the one that would survive.  Due to the fact that he liked listening to the tribial music at Elaine's house, I think that he would greatly enjoy the island.
Shembee05|at|aol.com

Definitely Lainey cause she got those million dollar looks!!

Buckphila|at|aol.com

Of course it's going to be Jerry.  He said it himself at the Leno interview, "I'm the only character left."

SammyDean3|at|aol.com

I'd have to say Elaine would win.  Eventually, she'd just say... "You want off this stinkin' Island, don'tcha?  We have sex right now, and it can all be over.  I'll give ya 30 minutes."
Kramer would be the first to cave, then, Jerry.  George would take his time in hopes Elaine would reconsider her offer, and be too disgusted by him (George) to actually have sex with him.  Then, he'd mutter, "Who am I kidding.  I want Sex.  I need Sex.  It's my life's ambition, and I'm getting it for nothing!  I hafta do this."
Elaine would boink him, and complete her triumph!

Did you know? Seinfacts!
By: Allie

There was a little known movie called "Jack the Bear" starring Danny Devito as a widowed father of two sons about 8 or 9 years back.  The movie took place in the 1970's in Oakland, CA.  I noticed that it was on cable a few weeks ago so I caught it because it's one of my favorite movies, even though it's not well-known.  Anyhow, as the movie got to one scene, I noticed that Julia-Louis Dreyfus had a small role in this film.  She played Danny Devito's girlfriend/co-worker/executive at a local television station where he worked.  She was adorable as always, wearing her typical "Elaine-esque" hairstyle and purely innocent (she's not going to hell in this one =).

Stand Up

I consider myself something of a sportsman. Been scuba diving. Another great activity where your main goal is to... not die. That's pretty much all I thought about that day, just:

(singing) "don't die, don't die don't die don't die"

"there's a fish, there's a rock"

"who cares, don't die. (singing) I don't wanna die, don't let me die, let's swim and breathe and live. Because living is good and dying... not as good".

They got me all setup with the scuba guy, that has all the... you know, stuff for ya. Made sure that I bought a nylon wallet, water-proof wallet, in case we run into a sea turtle that can break a fifty, I guess. Water-proof watch, that's important, "gee, I'm completely out of oxygen, and look at the time ! Now I'm dead and I'm late".

Do you have any ideas to make this newsletter better and fresher? A new section, maybe? A contest, perhaps? A weekly chat? A new design or page layout? Anything! E-mail it to me at

That's a wrap for this week's issue of Sein Language. Don't hog the newsletter all to yourself, you're a very greedy person you know. You need to share with other people and force them to subscribe. As always if you want to send any of our writers a good word, do contribute to the newsletter in anyway with ideas or trivia questions, or heaven forbid, report an error, etc. We'd be more than happy to get your letters!
