Pick Of The Week
By: Chris

Friday, May 4 -- "The Bubble Boy"

Jerry's girlfriend's laugh sounds like "Elmer Fudd sitting on a juicer," and when she hears George's message she breaks it off with him. Jerry asks Elaine to accompany him on a trip to a cabin in the mountain with George and Susan. Kramer isn't invited. Jerry agrees to a side trip to visit a sick fan, a "Bubble Boy." George gets into a fight with the "Bubble Boy", who turns out to be extremely obnoxious. Kramer and Jerry's ex-girlfriend make the trip to the cabin.

This Week
A very tricky and clever Attorney for Kramer and eventually the entire Seinfeld gang. Has connections with Dr. Bison and keeps getting Kramer an appointment with him. Also has a secretary named Suzie who seems to do all his personal matters. Has many "public humiliations" with Kramer. He seems to always get Kramer off but Kramer always ruins it for him, money wise. But not to mention, he yells at Kramer about putting the balm on. Slept with one of Jerry's old girlfriends, Sindra (they're real and they're spectacular).

Reader's Poll
By: Andy

Last Week's Question:
No long detailed speeches this week. Simple poll: Name your favorite episode and why. You can give a long explanation of why or a short one, you can give a quote or scene, etc. Lock and Load!

NOTE:  Please read the poll in its entirety before responding.  Again, this week some of you missed the point of the poll.  I asked for your favorite EPISODE, NOT EPISODES!!!!!  Many of you sent more than one which is not what I asked for.

The Voice! Hellooooooooooo! I got beamed by a giant ball of oil. I'm slippery as an eel. La la la. How can you not love that voice?  :o)
Seinfeld10|at|aol.com

My favorite episode has to be "The Outing". Why? Well, for one, it was the very first Seinfeld episode I had ever watched, and it was the episode that got me hooked and led to be developing a slightly unhealthy obsession with the show (I was hysterical when I found out it was ending and after the finale one of my friends called me to ask if I was okay...and I was slightly teary-eyed. Yeah, that's an obsession all right). It also is wildly hilarious (especially when George attempts to break up with his girlfriend by telling her that he's gay and she won't believe him so he brings her to Jerry's apartment, finds Jerry making out with Sharon the reporter, feigns shock and betrayal, scares Sharon off, pisses Jerry off, confuses his girlfriend, and then tells her that he's a porno actor named Buch Naked, which impresses her tremendously). Funny funny stuff.  I use the phrase "Not that there's anything wrong with that" ALL THE TIME (even for things not related to the episode whatsoever) and every time the episode reruns, I still find it as funny as I did the first time. It's simply one of the classics.
Beagle1795|at|aol.com

My favorite episode is "The Contest."  I know that isn't very original or anything, but it is truly the best-written episode of "Seinfeld."  It makes me laugh non-stop every time I see it.  It has too many classic moments to even recall. and when people point to the high-point of "Seinfeld"'s run on top, this episode is its peak.
KeyserS999|at|aol.com

The Outing. Everything is just brilliant. Great pace. Especially classic is the army guy who decides to come out.
CMorri0419|at|aol.com

My favorite episode is "The Frogger"; I like the frogger because I really enjoy that game, and it was kind of an inside joke between me and some friends.
Stephie0385|at|aol.com

The Contest. I should think the reasons would be obvious. Brillant writing : )
LCCNTRYROX|at|aol.com

This is a very hard question, but I think that my favorite episode is "The Contest."  Just the whole story line is too funny.  The way that Kramer yells "I'm out!" (before they even get the check).  And just watching all of the characters trying to cope with being "master of their domain" is wonderful.  With the naked woman across the street, the virgin, and John F Kennedy Jr. there to make things harder and harder for them and watching all of them attempt to sleep at night and spaz at each other about little things like socks is great.
Shembee05|at|aol.com

The Kenny Rogers Roasters.  Kramer: "Oh, the red."
Feelalrite1|at|aol.com

The Moviefone episode:  I love Kramer's rendition of the moviefone operator/computer voice.
RavePunkerSpence|at|aol.com

i dont know the name of it , but its the one where jerry went down to florida for mortys birthday, and kramer went down to bcause he retirered. and thats the one where elaine is dating the "mixed guy" darrell. its just soo funny cause everything about that episode i laughed at!!!!
Nevermind135|at|aol.com

ive gotta take bizarro world
Zup999|at|aol.com

my favorite episode is the one when Elaine leaves the erotic message on jerry's tape recorder. I love the episode because Elaine thinks she is all cool and George is so adorable. Elaine Rules.
XoXNoSoup4uXoX|at|aol.com

My favorite episode is the Merv Griffin show because Kramer is so hilarious in that, he is funny throughout the whole show and so is Jerry, George, and Elaine.
JoeyAC|at|aol.com

summer of george...everyones conflict is amazing.  george takes the summer off and helps jerry "team up" with his gf.  kramer is a sit-filler and when he hits the man in front of him with the jerky i could die.  elaine gets threatened by the "crazy straight-armed woman at peterman's" and when kramer hears the word cat-fight...he has the impulse to repeat it and get very excited.  and the way it ends with george and the same doctor from the season before....that episode is simply amazing.
AofSpades7|at|aol.com

This Week's Question:
Due to the recent surge in Reality TV programming taking over the airwaves, this week's poll is related to that concept.  Pretend you were going on one of those shows such as "Survivor" or "Boot Camp."  Now pretend you were sharing your habitat with Jerry, George, Elaine, and Kramer, and anyone else who graced the Seinfeld set in the 9 years of its glorified success.  First tell me what "SEINFELD-RELATED" luxury item you'd bring with you (ONLY ONE!!!), and then tell me the ONE Seinfeld character you'd vote off immediately and why.  Get creative with this one, the tribe has spoken.  Survivors/Recruits Ready... GO!

I don't like staying at people's houses, on the road. Don't like other people's showers. I can never adjust the temperature right, I don't know the ratios on the dials. You know, sometimes a 16th of an inch is a thousand degrees ! You gotta get out of the way of the water. There's always that little hair, stuck on the wall of somebody else's shower. You wanna get rid of it, but you don't wanna touch it. I don't know how it got up that high, in the first place. Maybe it's got a life of its own, I don't wanna get involved. So you gotta aim the shower head at the hair... that never works, you gotta get a pool of water from under the shower and over to the hair. You get it down, a foot at a time, like this. The hair is hanging on.

I have decided to change the concept of the quote finisher section slightly- thanks to Shembee05|at|aol.com. I have decided to switch the concept of the quote finisher section from week to week. One week, I will indeed give you a quote to finish. But the next week, I'll give you the full quote and just ask which episode it came from.  Then the following week I'll go back to a regular quote finisher, and so on. So this week you will be given a full quote and then be asked to tell me which episode it came from. I need a specific name of the episode.

"He's like a Svengali (pronounced "Sven-jolly)."
So remember, just tell me what episode that quote came from. I need a specific name for the episode- I won't accept descriptions of the episode. GOOD LUCK!
